Fix split DM boot soles

If you own a pair of Dr Marten’s (DM) boots and the lower part of the sole comes away from the upper part you may get frustrated because no shoemaker seems to have the right glue.
Well I had this problem when mine split and am pleased to tell you that Bostik Soft Plastics glue is perfect for the job.
I bought a tube in the DIY stor for £2 and fixed my £100 boots perfectly.
Apply the glue to both sides of the split seam, wait 5-10 mins as per the instructions and then hold together. I used clothespegs and left them overnight, although bulldog clips or clamps would be just as good.
24 hours later my DMs were as good as new.
